- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Allspice
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch thick rings

- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix butter, brown sugar and allspice in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Place pineapple rings in single layer on large shallow foil-lined baking pan. Brush with butter mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until tender. Serve warm with ice cream, or top burgers or grilled chicken for a Caribbean twist.
