Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Original Chicken Cooking Bag & Seasoning Mix
- 2 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken, parts
- 3/4 cup cut-up carrots
- 3/4 cup cut-up onions
- 1/2 cup cut-up green bell peppers
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place chicken and vegetables in bag.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mix with remaining ingredients; add to bag. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
- 3 Bake in lower half of oven 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes.
TIPS AND TRICKS
IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
