- 1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, (2 cups)
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare Italian Tomato Sauce.
- 2 Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and return to saucepot. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well mixed.
- 3 Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with additional 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
- 4 Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with additional tomato sauce or freeze remaining sauce for later use. (Italian Tomato Sauce recipe make a total of 6 cups sauce).
