Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in Sauce Mix, mushrooms, water and wine.
Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with McCormick® Paprika or Parsley Flakes and serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
I've made this recipe many times. Love it! Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Using beef tenderloin for tonight's meal. My partner was excited when I told him I was going to make this for dinner.

I've always enjoyed this preparation of stroganoff. It's what my mom always made and so it tastes like home to me! I use wide egg noodles and add a can of mushrooms. I also add lots of garlic powder. Yummy!
