Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips
- 1 cup water
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix flour, salt, spices and herbs in small bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 3 Stir flour mixture and water into skillet until well blended and smooth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles, if desired.
- 4 Test Kitchen Tip: For Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff, add 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms when cooking the beef.
