Ingredients

  • 1 pound prepared pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ghost Pepper Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place oven rack in the lowest position. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll and stretch pizza dough on lightly floured surface into 12x15-inch rectangle. Transfer to sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Brush dough with olive oil.
  • 2 Mix sour cream, milk, and Ghost Ranch Seasoning in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons for serving. Spread remaining sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust. Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and top with chicken and bacon.
  • 3 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Drizzle with reserved sauce and slice into squares to serve.
