- 1 package McCormick® Tuscan Chicken & Vegetables One Skillet Seasoning Mix
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 pounds (about 10) plum tomatoes, quartered

- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix Seasoning Mix, oil and vinegar in large bowl. Add tomatoes and chicken; toss to coat. Place in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Toss tomatoes, chicken and pan juices with pasta in large bowl.
