Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning on plate. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with bread crumb mixture.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook 1/2 of the chicken pieces 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Transfer chicken to foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan. Repeat with remaining chicken, adding remaining 1 tablespoon oil if necessary. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with cooked spaghetti, if desired.
Love it! Recipe is very easy to make. I cooked vermicelli noodles with basil and tomato marinara sauce. Delicious!!!

I have had this dish many time and I love it!!! I has just the right amount of flavor and I wouldn't change anything. All that I used differently was the sauce. I used a garden combination flavor of sauce instead of plain but still very good. Will eat for many meals to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :) :P

First time making this dish for the family since I seen this recipe that looked good & good ratings so I surprised my family with this everyone loved it. Served it with green salad & garlic bread. This will be one of our monthly dish very easy to make & delicious can't wait to make it again.
