- 2 cups corn chips, divided
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- 2 Stir in tomato sauce, beans and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 3 Spray 9-inch deep dish pie plate with no stick cooking spray. Place 1 cup of the corn chips in pie plate and sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. Spoon chili evenly over cheese. Top with remaining corn chips and cheese.

Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve, dollop with sour cream, sprinkle with green onions and add desired toppings.
Assorted Toppings: Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, salsa, sliced olives, jalapeño peppers or chopped avocado.
Test Kitchen Tips:
• For a flavorful twist, stir in 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles and/or 1 cup corn along with the tomato sauce, beans and Seasoning.
• Walking Corn Chip Chili Pie: Prepare chili as directed above. Open 1-ounce snack size corn chip bags, spoon in chili and top with cheese, sour cream and desired toppings!
