Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 5 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic and Lime Seasoning, divided
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 pound extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk vinegar, oil and 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning in medium bowl. Add shredded cabbage, tossing to coat well. Set aside until ready to serve.
- 2 Mix melted butter and 1 1/2 teaspoons of the remaining Seasoning in medium bowl; set aside. Season shrimp with remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- 3 Grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink. Add shrimp to bowl with seasoned butter; toss to coat. Serve shrimp in tortillas with cabbage slaw and desired toppings.
