Ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cut open pouch #1 for Tzatziki Sauce Mix. Pour contents into bowl. Add yogurt and stir until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Cut open pouch #2 for Gyro Seasoning Mix. Stir into skillet with chicken. Add water. Reduce heat to low.
  • 3 Cook 1 to 2 minutes until chicken is evenly coated and cooked through, stirring frequently. Serve in pitas with Tzatziki Sauce and desired toppings.

    Test Kitchen Tips:
    • Try using ground meat, steak, shrimp or pork in place of the chicken breast.
    • For a thinner Tzatziki sauce, add an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons water in Step 1, until desired consistency is reached.
