Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 package McCormick® Chili Skillet Sauce
- 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in Skillet Sauce, beans, tomatoes and green chiles.
- 2 Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
