Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/3 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions, crushed (see Tip below!)
- 1 package McCormick® Turkey Gravy Seasoning Mix

- 4 hamburger rolls
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix turkey, crushed Fried Onions and Gravy Mix in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2 Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Add cheese 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on grill about 30 seconds or until golden.

Serve burgers on toasted rolls topped with tomatoes, lettuce and remaining 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions.
Test Kitchen Tip: Place 1/3 cup of Crispy Fried Onions in a small resealable plastic bag; close tightly. Use a rolling pin, meat mallet, or heavy saucepan to crush Onions until they resemble panko breadcrumbs in texture.
