Ingredients
- Herb Rubbed Pork Chops
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Rosemary Leaves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 4 boneless pork chops, (1 1/4 pounds)
- Peach Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sherry wine
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1 can (16 ounces) sliced peaches, packed in juice, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Pork Chops, mix garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, sea salt and ground red pepper in small bowl. Rub on both sides of pork chops.
- 2 Broil or grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Cover with foil to keep warm.
- 3 For the Peach Sauce, mix brown sugar, vinegar, sherry, cornstarch and cinnamon in small saucepan. Bring to boil on low heat; simmer 5 minutes. Add peaches; simmer 3 minutes longer. To serve, spoon warm peach sauce on pork chops.
