Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins, (about 1 pound each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pork tenderloins on rack in baking pan. Mix honey, vinegar, vanilla, paprika, mustard, salt and pepper. Brush pork with glaze.
- 2 Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing with glaze every 10 to 15 minutes.
