- 1 Sweet & Spicy Green Bean Seasoning Mix from Japanese Dinner Complete Meal
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans, trimmed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Hibachi Chicken, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, Seasoning Mix and oil in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons; set aside. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for Orange Asian Vinaigrette in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Whisk just before serving.
- 4 For the Green Beans, mix Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, water and sugar in small bowl. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add green beans; cook and stir 7 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in Seasoning mixture. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Keep warm.
- 5 Meanwhile, grill Chicken over medium heat 6 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through grilling.
- 6 Serve Hibachi Chicken with Sweet and Spicy Green Beans and your favorite salad greens drizzled with Orange Asian Vinaigrette.

•To prepare chicken in the oven, place on large foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 400°F oven 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
