Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package McCormick® Garlic Ranch Crunchy Chicken Seasoning Mix
- 3/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 to 5 boneless pork chops, about 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 pound baby golden potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spray with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 In a small bowl or shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk. In another small bowl or shallow dish, combine the Garlic Ranch Seasoning packet and cheese. Stir well.
- 3 Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then generously coat in the Garlic Ranch mixture and place on the sheet pan. Repeat for each pork chop.
- 4 Place Brussels sprouts and potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place onto the sheet pan around the pork chops.
- 5 Bake for 16 minutes. Flip the pork chops and toss the potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Bake 16 minutes longer or until the pork chops are crispy and cooked through.
