INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Pat lamb chops dry with paper towels. Place in large resealable plastic bag. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in small bowl. Add seasoning mixture to bag with lamb. Seal tightly; turn and massage lamb to coat evenly. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes to marinate, or place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.
