- Creamy Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup McCormick® Mayonesa (Mayonnaise) With Lime Juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- Mango Habanero Wings
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 3/4 cup McCormick® Mango Marmalade with Habanero Chile
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. For the Dipping Sauce, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 For the Wings, mix chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add wings; toss to coat. Arrange wings on large foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake 35 to 40 minutes until skin is crispy, turning halfway through cooking.
- 4 Meanwhile, place marmalade and lime juice in a small saucepan. Cook and stir on medium heat until completely melted.
- 5 Place hot cooked wings in large bowl. Drizzle with hot marmalade mixture; toss to coat. Serve Wings with Creamy Dipping Sauce and celery or carrot sticks, if desired.
