Ingredients
- Salmon
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Rub
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Herb Sauce
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
- 1 teaspoon OLD BAY® Rub
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Mix bread crumbs, OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.
- 3 Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 4 For the Herb Sauce, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Serve salmon with Herb Sauce.
