- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves

- tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients, except pizza sauce and cheese, in large bowl until well blended.
- 2 Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with pizza sauce.
- 3 Bake 55 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cooked through.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Substitution Tip: Use 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread) in place of the dry bread crumbs.
