- 2 tablespoons oil, divided

New York strip steak, cut into thin strips
Substitutions available / sirloin steak
- 2 medium red bell peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Mexican Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 flour tortillas, (8-inch)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet on medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes. Return steak to skillet. Add Seasoning, lime juice and water; cook and stir until heated through.
- 2 Spoon steak mixture onto warmed tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, such as salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
