Ingredients
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook ravioli as directed on package. Drain well. Set aside.
- 2 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large deep skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and cook on each side until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool slightly. Cut into bite-sized pieces; set aside.
- 3 Add onions and water to same skillet, scraping brown bits from bottom of skillet. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are softened. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, half-and-half, salt and Seasoning. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
- 4 Add mozzarella and cooked ravioli, stirring until cheese is completely melted. Serve immediately.
