Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Sesame Seed
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
