Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 bone-in butt-end ham, about 8 pounds
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cloves

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the brown sugar in bottom of 6-quart slow cooker. Place ham, cut-side down, in slow cooker. Pour pineapple chunks with juice around ham.
- 2 Mix remaining 3/4 cup brown sugar and spices in small bowl. Coat ham with spice mixture. Cover.
- 3 Cook 6 hours on HIGH. Serve ham with pineapple chunks and juice from slow cooker.
