Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Smoky Bourbon BBQ Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce
- 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder, trimmed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place pork in slow cooker and stir in Sauce; turning meat to coat well.
- 2 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 to 5 hours on HIGH.
- 3 Shred pork using 2 forks and mix with sauce before serving.
- 4 Electric Pressure Cooker Method: Place pork in pot of electric pressure cooker. Add sauce; turning meat to coat well. Cover and lock lid into place. Set to cook 60 minutes on high pressure. Vent pot and release pressure before opening and carefully remove lid. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating instructions.) Shred pork with 2 forks and stir to mix pork with sauce before serving.
