- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Smokehouse Maple Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Seasoning, sugar, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Rub salmon with seasoning paste. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- 2 Place salmon, skin-side down, on grill over medium heat. Cover. Grill about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. To remove salmon, slide a long spatula between the skin and flesh of the cooked salmon, leaving the skin behind.
