INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook pasta shells according to package directions for baked pasta.
  • 2 In large bowl mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan, spinach, egg and seasonings.
  • 3 In 13x9-inch casserole dish, add 1 jar of marinara sauce on bottom.
  • 4 Fill each cooked pasta shell with 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture and arrange in casserole dish on top of marinara.
  • 5 Top with second jar of marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • 6 Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 375°F.
  • 7 Uncover and bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown. Serve immediately.
