Ingredients
- Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- Garlic Parm Butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Drizzle potatoes with oil, coating evenly. Sprinkle with salt, being sure to season on all sides. Arrange in air fryer basket, in single layer, if possible.
- 2 Air fry at 400°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until small knife or fork easily pierces into center of potato, turning potatoes halfway through cooking.
- 3 Meanwhile, for the Garlic Parm Butter, mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Set aside until ready to serve.
- 4 Once potatoes are tender, carefully remove from air fryer basket. Split skin and top with Garlic Parm Butter to serve.
