- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup snow peas, sliced
- 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-size chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix oil, vinegar, basil, garlic salt and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add vegetables, pasta and cheese; toss to coat well.
