Ingredients
- Dressing
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- Salad
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/4 cups quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 seedless cucumber, diced
- 1 cup crumbled feta
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- 2 Stir together salad ingredients. Drizzle with prepared dressing and toss to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- 3 Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
