Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 containers (10 ounces each) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon; set aside. Add Brussels sprouts, onion, garlic powder, salt, thyme and pepper to skillet; cook and stir 3 minutes or until onion is softened.
- 2 Pour broth into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- 3 Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
