INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  • 2 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fork tender. Meanwhile, mix butter, Seasoning and Crushed Red Pepper. Set aside.
  • 3 Top each potato slice with 1/4 teaspoon of the butter mixture, spread evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over potatoes. Return to oven. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
