Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, (about 2 1/2 pounds) cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Garlic, Herb and Black Pepper and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper, optional
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan.
- 2 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fork tender. Meanwhile, mix butter, Seasoning and Crushed Red Pepper. Set aside.
- 3 Top each potato slice with 1/4 teaspoon of the butter mixture, spread evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over potatoes. Return to oven. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
