Ingredients
- 2 pounds medium plum tomatoes (10 to 12), halved lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tomato halves, cut sides up, in 15x10x1-inch foil-lined pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Mix Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, garlic powder, pepper and 1/4 cup of the olive oil in small bowl until well blended. Spoon olive oil mixture over tomato halves. Drizzle tomatoes with remaining olive oil.
- 3 Bake 45 to 60 minutes until tomatoes are soft and brown on top.
