- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Tarragon Leaves
- 2 large tomatoes, cut in 8 slices total
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® PERFECT PINCH Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix oil, vinegar and tarragon in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- 2 Arrange overlapping slices of tomato on serving platter. Spoon dressing evenly over top. Sprinkle with Seasoning, blue cheese and green onion.
