Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Salt Free Burger Business by Tabitha Brown Seasoning Mix
- 3 tablespoons oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Substitutions available / less sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 whole portobello mushroom caps, cleaned (stems removed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Salt Free Very Good Garlic by Tabitha Brown All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced kale
- 4 whole wheat hamburger rolls
- Assorted Toppings: pickled or fresh sliced jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced red onions, sliced tomatoes and sliced avocado.
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Burger Business Seasoning Mix, 2 tablespoons of the oil, vinegar, coconut aminos and water in small bowl. Place mushrooms on large platter. Brush evenly with marinade mixture. Marinate mushrooms 15 minutes.
- 2 Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and Very Good Garlic Seasoning in large bowl. Add kale, tossing to coat. Massage kale 5 minutes to soften and blend flavors. Set aside.

Spray air fryer basket with no stick cooking spray. Preheat 3 minutes on 380°F. Place mushroom caps, right-side-up in air fryer basket in single layer, working in batches if needed. Air Fry 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Serve portobellos on buns, topped with kale and desired condiments and toppings.
Oven Preparation: Season and marinate mushrooms as directed above. Arrange in single layer, right-side-up, on foil-lined baking sheet. Roast in preheated 375°F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Assemble as directed.
