- Sandwich Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ketchup Seasoning from McCormick® Picnic Pack Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Relish Seasoning from McCormick® Picnic Pack Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Relish Seasoning from McCormick® Picnic Pack Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, about 4 to 6 ounces each
- 4 sandwich rolls, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix all ingredients for Sandwich Sauce in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 For the Chicken, whisk Relish Seasoning, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade, turning to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Grill chicken over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- 4 Spread Sandwich Sauce on cut sides of rolls. Serve chicken on rolls with desired toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
