Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cherry jam
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 package Honeysuckle White® Montreal Turkey Tenderloins, (2 whole tenderloins)
- 4 (8-inch) sub rolls
- 8 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
- Baby arugula
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix cherry jam and mayo in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 Preheat grill on medium heat. Grill tenderloins 20 to 30 minutes, turning frequently, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest just until cool enough to handle. (Do not turn off grill.)
- 3 Slice tenderloins into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Divide turkey evenly among bottom halves of rolls. Top with mozzarella. Return bottom half of sandwiches to grill. Close grill or tent with foil. Grill 2 to 3 minutes or just until cheese is melty.
- 4 Spread top halves of rolls with mayo mixture. Layer sandwiches with sliced tomatoes and arugula. Finish with top halves of rolls. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
