INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brown meat in medium skillet on medium-high. Drain fat.
- 2 Stir in Sauce Mix, water, tomato paste and oil. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
