Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon ground Szechuan peppercorns
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Chinese Five Spice Blend
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Process until mixture is a smooth paste.
- 2 Spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log about 1-inch in diameter. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month.
