Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 2 cups shredded cooked turkey

- 1 container (12 ounces) McCormick® Simply Better Turkey Gravy
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 1/4 ounces) chopped green chiles
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, cumin and red pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes.
- 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped avocado and cilantro, if desired.
