Corn on the cob is a favorite side dish for cookouts, can be eaten as a snack and made in many forms thanks to all the various corn on the cob recipes. One of Cameron’s favorite ways to eat corn on the cob is as an Elote.
What is an elote? Elote means “corn cob” in Spanish and a Mexican Elote is a grilled corn on the cob that is traditionally slathered with mayo cream sauce and sprinkled with chili powder, cheese, lime and cilantro. There are several different ways to make Mexican Street Corn and this Taco-Spiced Street Corn recipe is very easy to make and only requires 6 ingredients.
