Learn how to make crepes at home in 30 minutes even without a special pan.
What are crepes? Think of it as a very thin pancake. Usually crepes are cooked on a pan and either stuffed or folded. Crepes are very versatile and can be eaten to-go or on a plate for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. You can add toppings of savory or sweet ingredients.
For savory crepe ingredients, you could add eggs, cheese and any type of meats or veggies. If you want a dessert style crepe, use sweet crepe ingredients like honey, chocolate, fruits and even powder sugar.
For the best crepes we did the math that a 12 inch pan and 1/3 mix of batter is best. Use your wrists to help flatten out the crepe batter and cook evenly on each side.
