Ingredients
- 4 cups raw unsalted cashews
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Green Curry Paste
- 5 tablespoons McCormick® Aji Amarillo Seasoning
- 2 egg whites
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 275°F. Mix curry paste and olive oil in bowl. Whisk egg whites in separate bowl until frothy. Stir in curry paste mixture and 1/4 cup Aji Amarillo Seasoning.
- 2 Toss egg white mixture and cashews in medium bowl until nuts are well coated. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 3 Roast 15 minutes or until cashews are toasted, rotating pan halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Aji Amarillo Seasoning, tossing to coat.
- 4 Let cashews cool to room temperature before storing.
