It doesn’t get easier than this. Sweet mini peppers stuffed with lemon garlic tuna are perfect as an appetizer or low-carb snack.

Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.5 ounces) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packet, Lemon Garlic
- 3 mini sweet peppers, halved, seeds removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- McCormick® Black Pepper Grinder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Line large shallow baking pan with parchment or foil.
- 2 Place peppers on prepared pan and lightly brush both sides of peppers with oil. Divide lemon garlic tuna evenly between 6 pepper halves. Top with cheese.
- 3 Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until peppers are tender and cheese is melted. Allow to cool slightly; top with sliced green onions and fresh cracked black pepper.
