- 1 loaf (16 ounces) Italian bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices, without cutting through bottom of loaf. Place bread on sheet of foil large enough to enclose entire loaf.
- 2 Mix cheese, butter and seasonings until well blended. Spread on both sides of bread slices. Wrap bread tightly in foil.
- 3 Bake 20 minutes or until bread is heated through.
