Ingredients
- Fluffy Pancakes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Cream Of Tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt in small bowl. In separate bowl, mix egg, milk, butter and vanilla. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be thick and slightly lumpy). Let stand 5 minutes while heating pan.
- 2 Spray large flat griddle or skillet with no stick spray. Heat on medium-low heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto hot griddle. Cook 2 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- 3 For the Cinnamon Syrup, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Heat before serving, if desired. Serve drizzled over Pancakes.
