- 1 package (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Poppy Seed
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
- 2 Mix all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
- 3 Bake 18 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted into muffin comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
