Ingredients
- 1 package (14 ounces) firm or extra-firm tofu, drained
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

coconut aminos
Substitutions available
- less-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Salt Free Sunshine by Tabitha Brown All Purpose Seasoning
- Chopped parsley, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut tofu in half lengthwise. Pat dry with paper towels, squeezing gently to release excess moisture.
- 2 Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Drain any excess liquid from skillet.
- 3 Reduce heat to medium-low. Crumble tofu into bite-size chunks using a spatula or wooden spoon. Sprinkle with Sunshine Seasoning and add coconut aminos. Cook and stir 2 minutes until well blended and heated through. Serve over top of hearty toasted bread and sprinkle with parsley and additional Seasoning, if desired.
