- 2 pouches (3 1/2 ounces each) frozen unsweetened pure acai berry puree
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup Thai Kitchen® Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- Optional Toppings
- Blueberries
- Sliced kiwi
- Sliced strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Chopped nuts
- Shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place acai puree, banana, pineapple, coconut milk and vanilla in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 Transfer mixture to serving bowls and top with optional fruit and garnishes, as desired.
